A Family Picnic essay for students 500 words

A Family Picnic

Family picnic is one of the best moment to bring together all of the members of family. It feels so relaxed and happy to spend quality time with cousins and elders of family. On family trips, we can go far away to somewhere quiet and peaceful place to stay for nights. It is very important to leave the noisy polluted environment for some days and live in a relaxed environment where there is no any restriction of doing work and performing duties.

             I live in a big family, we are seven brothers and sisters. My cousins live a little far away from us, my aunt is about 10 miles far from our home. Due to the busy schedule of daily life, it is very difficult to meet each other we only visit to each other house at occasions. Some of my cousins are my age fellows so when we meet, we talk, play and enjoy together a lot.

             In this summer we planned a family picnic it was me, my mother, father, uncle’s and aunt’s family. I was very happy that we all of the cousins will stay together and do outing, it was a ten days long picnic. We prepared ourselves for this one week before leaving because it is very difficult to pack all of luggage on the last night. We packed comfortable clothes, joggers, sweaters, slippers, food items like biscuits, snacks, home-made dishes, dry fruits and fruits etc.

           Our plan was to go to Islamabad, Murree, patriate, Kashmir, neelum valley, kohala, banjosa lake, toil peer, pir chinasi etc. I was very excited because here in faislabad the environment is noisy and polluted, going to a hill and mountains side will be very calming and relaxing.

                  We booked two hi-aces and hotels to stay from tour guide team, and left for a family picnic at 6am in the morning, it was a long journey we did some good stays at tuck shops and café and reached Islamabad in the evening. We already booked hotel rooms for us so we visited special places in Islamabad and then took rest for the next day. In the morning we left for Murree I already visited Murree once and I remembered its beauty, it has a very pleasant and welcoming hill sites. In Murree we visited patriate, donga gali, nathia gali and spend our night at abbotabad. On next we reached Kashmir first we did our lunch and had rest then moved to peer chinasi, the temperature over there was quiet down we felt really cold so we wore our jackets and sweaters.

                  Throughout the whole journey neelum valley was my most favorite place, it was like a piece of heaven, I will never forget its beauty it was so mind refreshing and soothing to the eyes.

                 A family picnic gives us a lot of memories and breaks to talk and understand each other feelings. In family picnic I enjoyed a lot with cousins we stayed late wake up at night, we played volley ball, badminton, ludo and cricket together elders joined us in games too. At the road trip we sing songs, do alphabetical games, have so much selfies and created lots of funny moments. It was the best time of my whole summer vacations.
