Prada the pet: chapter two

The grass is like a green sheet of foam spreading all over the region, the sides are bounded by big trees giving a look in zig zag manner. There was a path on its sides are fields full of fruits, the weather was giving peaceful vibes, the clouds are ready to pour the drops of rain and I am doing a morning walk with Prada at this piece of heaven. All of a sudden my mom knocked on the door and my eyes opened up, she walked in and said: “oh honey! We are getting late for the flight, come on wake up we need to leave urgently.”

I whispered;“ I want to live in that dream why you woke me up” she listened to me so,

My mom said; hurry up its not time for dreaming you can take rest in flight.

               It has been two months since Prada passed away, his fall of existence from my life was so painful for me. I always pray that may he came back to me and we play and spend time together like we used to do before. I always wished that my dream comes true, I had not taken admission in the university yet, I was looking for one of it but can’t find any good.

                 I have my uncle from father’s side who lives in London for the past ten years, he came to Paris and visited us when my grandfather passed away. Now they invited us to their home, it was winter vacations they want us to spend some time there and visit special places in London.

             At first I was excited to go there but now it feels like if I go there then Prada memories will be left in this house alone. I want to stay with Prada, I don’t want to leave him alone this time.

                My mom was downstairs she called me; ‘Honey! Come down for the breakfast,’

I rubbed my eyes and moved down to the table, did my breakfast and said; ‘ I don’t want to go anywhere, the Prada’s memories are in this house and this makes me feel so good to stay here with him’

 My mom said; I know you love Prada so much but now it’s time for a change you need refresh yourself for a good start of the new chapter of your life.

My father said; what happened to your university admission, don’t you want to study anymore.

I said; ‘I am looking for a good university and sooner I will get admission in one but if you stop taking me anywhere it will make me happier’

My mom said; ‘honey we are going just for a month don’t worry we will be back soon.’

I walked back to my room I knew that they will not listen to me so I prepared my backpack and freshen up myself then we left for London. Before leaving I prayed that please God give me back my Prada.

             I was leaving my Prada far behind but his memories will always stay with me. I just fall for a short nap on flight.

My mom said; ‘Pari, wake up my child we are about to landing.’

My heart beat got faster I reached London really soon, I expected a long flight. When we got out of airport I saw that my uncle was there with his daughter to pick us.

            He was a very kind and noble man, he loves me, he always used to send me chocolates and snacks on every new year gift but this time we came to their home to celebrate the new year together.

          When we reached their home it was the time of 10pm, I already took rest on the flight but still feeling so low on energy. We met his family, he have a son who is of my age and a good looking wife. He has only two kids.

          His wife prepared a very delicious dinner for us, we did our dinner and sat together in the lounge and talked a lot. We were feeling so tired so after some time we all moved to our beds and took a good rest.

         In these days I was having dreams in which I used to saw Prada a lot, I was hearing the barking it was similar to my Prada, I thought I am again dreaming I didn’t want to wake myself up so I stayed asleep. All of a sudden someone jumped to my bed and started licking my face I faced back and saw that it was Prada who was right in front of me. I pinched myself that maybe I am dreaming but it was not a dream, I hugged him tightly and screamed ‘My Prada, where were you all the time I missed you so much.’

I kissed him and saw that my uncle’s son who is my cousin nile knocked on the door and entered the room.

He said; “Sorry! I didn’t mean to bother you I am just here to get my pet back.”

Pari got shocked and said; “what do you mean my pet?”

Nile said; “I am just back from the morning walk, the dog in your hand is yoko, he was with me but when we reached home he smelled the presence of guests so he ran towards you and woke you up.”

Pari looked at yoko and said; “He looks just like my Prada I thought it was him, he is just a little younger than him.”

Nile sat on sofa and called yoko, he jumped out of the bed sat on nile lap, pari just bended from her comfort looking at yoko.

Nile said; “Last night yoko was not at home otherwise I will meet you both, I think you mixed up my pet with someone but it’s okay you can spend time with if you want to.”

Then nile stand up and walked out of room by saying; “See you at the breakfast.” 

Pari was so shocked that how can yoko is just like Prada, when Pari parents saw yoko they also misunderstand him with Prada but didn’t say anything because they know it can’t be Prada, he has died.

After the breakfast pari came to her room and unpacked her luggage suddenly nile little sister farri rushed into her room and said let’s go we can play together some video games. Pari enjoyed a lot with each other, both of cousins got really closed to each other and now they are like sisters. Pari father talked to his brother about yoko he said my daughter has the dog of our father(granpa), he died two months ago she misses him so much. “Yoko gives the same vibes as Prada” then the uncle told the Pari’s father whole story behind their similarities.

At dinner all of the family members was sitting and talking with each other. Pari was just looking at yoko with deep sight and said to her uncle; “uncle did yoko ever gone to paris?”

Uncle smiled and understood the feelings of pari and said; “no my child but there is a connection between yoko and prada.”

Pari got shocked, she eagerly wanted to know about this so she said; “ How ?”

Her uncle looked at Pari’s father and said; “Are you going to tell everyone or should I?”

Pari’s father said; “my brother I think its better if you do it by yourself.”

So the uncle smiled and said; “In the last winter vacations, your grandpa visited here but he brought Prada along with him, he was really in touch with him and can’t leave him alone ever.”

Pari’s eyes filled from tears; “here in London Prada found the love of his life and he had a baby boy with her.”

Everyone on the dinner table got shocked and questioned that what happened next? Why did grandpa left Prada here with her? Maybe he had to adopt her for Prada love.

Pari’s father chuckled and said; “your grandpa didn’t knew about that on his way back he found out that Prada is going to be a father.”

Nile father said; “I told grandpa that I will send Prada family over there but he refused and said that I will not be able to take care of all, it’s better if after some time I send Prada over there for forever.”

“Somedays later the love of Prada died while giving birth to his cute baby boy. So I called grandpa and said there is no need to send Prada now, I will take of the baby.”

Pari’s father said “Within the passage of few days your grandpa died and left all of us alone.”

Everyone on the table looked at yoko and praised his beauty, he has the same big doe eyes, floppy ears, large round head, soft furs but only one difference is that his right eyes was surrounded by black furs while the overall body was just like Prada in pale yellow.

Pari got so attached with yoko, in the morning she wake up early and go on morning walk with yoko and nile. They enjoy a lot together and sometimes go to ice-cream parlor together.

Pari brought yoko his father Prada’s favorite biscuits, he also loved it so much. They went for a movie night with all of family members then to fun park. Pari was so happy in London, she decided to take admission in university over here so she will be able to spend time with yoko. She told her parents and they agreed on it, Pari is now living in hostel and took admission in university of London.

Pari and nile are now really good friends on every weekend nile takes yoko to meet with pari and they spend some good time together.

Pari has now recovered from the stress of parda’s loss, yoko gives her very good vibes and makes her happy from his cute chaos and actions.
